INS TC3000

The Intersoft TC2000 includes a measuring block to equalise oil pressure in the lift truck. Intersoft have upgraded the measuring block taking more factors into consideration. The new system measures temperature, flow, angle, height and lift speed as well as the pressure. Add to that new software and electronics in the weighing display and you get a TC3000.

The new technology has been in development for a number of years and is now tried and tested on variety of material handling equipment.

Previously the accuracy obtained from the TC3000 was the domain of load cells, either fitted into forks or into a bolt on fork carriages.

Load cells in forks are known to be unsuitable for heavy duty applications and load cells fitted into a carriage reduces the lifting capacity of the truck.

The benefits of measuring load within the lifting circuit of the truck are well known but all or most of the benefits centre around the robustness and not the accuracy.

The TC3000 is very robust and it is by far the most accurate oil pressure system known in the world today.

Now with the development of the TC3000 peoples perception of onboard lift truck weigh scales are changing.
